In this section, you will find all the necessary information for listing inventory on the Limango marketplace via JTL-eazyAuction.
Good to know #
Our integration attempts to create or update your products every hour, focusing only on those pushed to JTL-eazyAuction during that period. Moreover, all your inventory will be updated and pushed to Limango once every 24 hours.
Prepare Data for Listing #
To list your products on the Limango marketplace, ensure all data meets Limango’s requirements. You will receive these requirements from the Limango team during onboarding.
Product structure on Limango #
As outlined in the guidelines provided by Limango, this marketplace has a required structure for products and their variants. Below is a visual representation of the product data structure.
We replicate this structure through our integration.
When generating the product catalog for Limango, we automatically group your variants by offerId + color + Parent-SKU. This approach covers all possible structures you might have in your JTL-wawi, accommodating sellers with child variations that have color and size attributes, as well as those listing every combination as an individual variation.
Therefore, ensure you fill in the color attribute under the global attributes configuration. If you have individual variants that should be grouped, use the Parent-SKU.
Global attributes #
Under the Global Attributes, you’ll find all required and optional fields for product and variant information. Be sure to fill in all required fields; otherwise, you will encounter validation errors during listing.
For fields with selection values, simply choose the value from the list. If you use tools like dot-Liquid to define mapping rules for these fields, please use the internal value, as this is what Limango expects.
If you find any missing value in the selections, contact the Limango team. Once they confirm the addition, initiate a Meta Data synchronization as explained here, and the value will become available after synchronization.
You can find more detailed explanations on working with Sales Channel Specific attributes in the JTL-eazyAuction documentation here: JTL-eazyAuction Documentation.
Category Mapping #
You need to specify the category where on Limango your product should be listed. Here are two methods for adding a Limango category to your article for listing:
More information about Sales Channel categories can be found in the JTL-eazyAuction documentation here: JTL-eazyAuction Documentation.
Category Specific Attributes #
On Limango, different categories have different attributes. Once you assign a category to your article, the “Category Specific Attributes” tab will be enabled, where you will find additional attributes that need to be mapped for this category.
The principles are the same as for global attributes. You will find both required and optional attributes, and some attributes may have a predefined list of values to select from, as the channel does not accept custom values for these attributes.

Activate offer for channel #
Once all data is correctly mapped and ready, you can activate the offer for the Limango channel, enabling our integration to export it to Limango.
