On this page, you will find all the necessary information to manage orders imported from Mirakl Connect directly within your Shopware 6 store.
Orders import #
Orders are automatically imported from Mirakl Connect to your Shopware 6 system every 5 minutes. Depending on the order status in Mirakl Connect, the information may vary. For instance, if the order status is WAITING_ACCEPTANCE, you will not be able to see the delivery and billing information, as this data has not yet been provided. But once this data is available on Mirakl Connect, order will be updated on your Shopware system.
The sales channel assigned to Mirakl Connect will also be linked to your orders, which can help with filtering. Additionally, our plugin has created a new column titled “Mirakl Connect” that you can activate to view in the orders overview. This column stores the order ID from your Mirakl Connect account:
Configuration of FlowBuilder #
To ensure smooth and automated order management, we have created actions that you can integrate into your processes using FlowBuilder.

Our plugin will create a total of tree actions that you can use in FlowBuilder:
Accept Order #
Use this action when you want to confirm that stock is available and that you can deliver the goods. This will result in the order being accepted on the marketplace, the customer being informed, and once the payment is processed, you will receive all the necessary billing and shipping information to proceed with the order shipment.
Reject Order #
Use this action when you are unable to proceed with shipment, such as when you have no stock or do not deliver to that location. The “Reject Order” action can only be used if the customer has not yet made a payment.
Ship Order #
With this action, you can send tracking information to Mirakl Connect, which will then be updated on the original order in your marketplace and change the status to “shipped.” We recommend initiating this action as soon as your tracking number becomes available for the order.
Please refer to the plugin configuration documentation, as there is an option for the plugin to automatically accept or refuse orders based on stock information. You have the flexibility to enable or disable this feature as needed.
