On this page, you’ll find all the information needed to synchronize and manage your product-related data from your Shopware 6 store on Mirakl Connect.
Articles Export and Update #
The plugin runs automatically every 5 minutes, exporting your articles in batches. It includes any items updated since the last export, so any changes made to an article will be synchronized within the next 5 minutes.
All data is exported in the languages you selected in your configuration for the sales channel dedicated to Mirakl Connect. If a translation is not available for a specific language, no value will be exported.
Include article in the export #
As mentioned in previous sections, you’ve created a dedicated sales channel for Mirakl Connect. This is very useful because it allows you to choose which articles should be included and exported to Mirakl Connect. Simply assign your selected sales channel from the plugin configuration to the article, and it will be included in the export.
Standard data #
Our plugin exports all standard data available in the default fields on Shopware 6, which can be set in Mirakl Connect. The standard fields include:
- Name
- Manufacturer
- Product number
- Description
- Stock
- Category
- Images
- GTIN/EAN
- Weight
- Lenght
- Width
Properties #
Our plugin is compatible with properties, whether they are assigned directly to the article or based on the variation. All values will be exported accordingly.
Price and Stock #
Stock data is exported from the default Stock field and will be updated every 5 minutes if there are any stock changes.
Prices are exported from the Price field in all the currencies selected in your sales channel configuration for Mirakl Connect.
You can also export Discount Prices through advanced pricing. More information about this can be found in this section.
Remove Articles from Mirakl Connect #
If you want to remove articles from Mirakl Connect that you previously exported, simply delete the sales channel dedicated to Mirakl Connect from your article. The article should then be removed from the Mirakl Connect catalogue within the next 5 minutes.
Overview of export #
Although you can check all your exported products directly in your Mirakl Connect account, our plugin includes a feature that allows you to track what has been exported, what is still in the queue for export, what is awaiting updates, what is set for deletion, and any items that have encountered errors.
