  • How can I contact the support team?

    As of April 1, 2026, all eazyAuction-related support requests will be handled by the JTL Support team. Hence, please use the JTL Customer Center to create a support ticket by selecting the product familyJTL-eazyAuction / Marketplaces” and the component Future Integrations”: https://kundencenter.jtl-software.de/support/createticket

    Using the JTL Customer Center ensures that your request is properly assigned and processed as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that requests sent to the ninepoint software solutions email address will no longer be processed. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • How can I update the payment method for my subscription with Ninepoint Software Solutions?

    You can manage your payment methods through our customer portal. To do so, simply log in with the email address you used for registration. Please note that if you have multiple subscriptions, you will need different email addresses for each one for the portal to function correctly.
