This documentation provides instructions on how to set up the TikTok Shop channel in JTL-wawi.
Authentication #
Subscription #
After adding the TikTok Shop channel to your JTL-wawi, you must first authorize the integration. In the authorization window, you will see a single input field for “Subscription.”
Enter the Subscription Key that you received after booking the subscription from Ninepoint Software Solutions GmbH.
Additional Settings #
If you click on “Additional Settings,” you will see three toggles, all of which are activated by default.
To achieve this, after authorization, you need to import your TikTok Shop inventory data into JTL-wawi using the report functionality. More information can be found here.
Product Updates #
When this toggle is deactivated, we will no longer update item content in JTL-Wawi—such as descriptions or properties.
This is recommended if you prefer to create products in JTL-Wawi with only basic information, while managing fields like videos or certifications directly in your TikTok Shop Seller Account. In that case, you should disable this toggle, as any missing data in JTL-Wawi would otherwise overwrite the corresponding fields on your TikTok Seller Account.
Price Update #
When this toggle is turned off, price information from your JTL-Wawi system will no longer be synced to your TikTok Shop Seller Account.
Stock Update #
When this toggle is turned off, stock information from your JTL-Wawi system will no longer be synced to your TikTok Shop Seller Account.
TikTok Shop Seller Account Authorization #
After entering the subscription key, click “Sign In.” You will be redirected to the TikTok Shop authorization page, where you need to authorize and grant all required permissions for the integration.
Once redirected back, you will see a “Successful” message. You can then simply close the window, and the TikTok Shop sales channel will be added to your JTL-wawi.

JTL Worker setup #
To ensure everything is automatically pushed and received for your TikTok Shop, please set up the Worker in JTL as described in their documentation here.
