This documentation contains all the information necessary for working with the plentymarkets | Shopware 6 connector developed by ninepoint software solutions GmbH.
Plugin structure #
To establish a connection between your plentymarkets system and Shopware 6, three plugins are required:
1. Plugin on plentymarkets: “Shopware 6 Connector Core”
2. Plugin on plentymarkets: “Shopware 6 Connector Core License”
3. Plugin on Shopware: “plentymarkets Shopware 6 Core Connector”
Plugin on plentymarkets: “Shopware 6 Connector Core” #
This plugin handles all business logic, including configuration, inventory, and order management. While this plugin is available for free, it requires an active license to function. Therefore, you also need a second plugin:
Plugin on plentymarkets: “Shopware 6 Connector Core License” #
This plugin manages subscription logic and limits the number of Shopware shops and sales channels you can connect using the connector. We have a total of seven available licenses. Below, you can find each of them along with their respective limits:

All licenses are available for purchase on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis.
Furthermore, there is a 30-day trial option. If you wish to test our connector, a 30-day trial is available for the “Standard” license.
You can switch between licenses without the need for additional configuration or setting changes.
Plugin on Shopware: “plentymarkets Shopware 6 Core Connector” #
This plugin is optional but highly recommended, as it handles essential cleanup tasks, facilitates instant order export to plentymarkets, and integrates payment management logic.
This plugin is entirely free, and you can locate it on the Shopware extension store.
For Agencies #
License for agencies #
We take pleasure in working closely with agencies and are committed to offering them personalized attention. As a result, we have introduced an additional license known as the “Shopware 6 Connector Core License – Agency License.” This license is available for free download but requires activation upon request. With this license, we can establish a trial period for a specific duration, allowing you sufficient time for customer onboarding as needed.
Every agency will get a unique license key, using this key you can create multiple licenses for your customer Plentymarkets Id (PID)
Customization plugin #
Our connector is closed source, and we understand that specific customizations may be necessary. While many customizations are either already implemented or possible to achieve, we have created a Customization plugin template. You can use this template to build your own features while still utilizing the configuration and setup of our connector.
